Spring has arrived! – Fun activities everybody and anybody can enjoy during spring
Spring has arrived, the weather is getting warmer and everything is turning green, it is time to put away your bulky winter clothes and enjoy all the fun activities spring spring has to offer.
Here are two great spring activities you can find time to enjoy alone or with friends, family and/ or children!
1- Fly a kite

It also involves a bit of exercise, which is always beneficial to our mental and physical health. Flying a kite is a great low-impact core exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders, chest, back, arms and abs.
2- Have a picnic at the park/ countryside/ beach
Spring is the perfect season to go out and spend some time nibbling away in the park as it is neither too cold nor too hot. Being outside in a park, the countryside or the beach puts us in touch with nature which is proven to improve short-term memory, restore mental energy, relieve us of stress, reduce inflammation and improve our vision. Having a picnic at a park is something you can enjoy alone or in company, although most people choose to do it with others, such as friends or family, so it enables socializing, which comes with an endless list of health benefits, allowing you to enjoy better physical and mental health, possibly increasing your life expectancy and even maybe reducing your risk of suffering from dementia!
