If you want a more trimmed down version of Evernote, Trello is the way to go. It’s a more minimalist organization app, but still packs a lot of power and a lot of features. With Trello, you can create different bulletin boards that have different tasks, or “cards” as they are called on the app, and organize them however you’d like. You are able to add notes, attachments, labels, and due dates to the cards and share them with your colleagues. DocuSign lets you bring those important contracts to your meetings that you might not of had in paper before you left for your trip. This app can let you sign the contracts that you have and send them back to your office so that they can be approved that day. Your client won’t have to wait around any longer for the mail to arrive with the approved contract or if a change needs to be made. All of the documents that are sent through the app have an extra layer of encryption, which is an add security bonus for those more sensitive contracts or documents.
